We only need a few good friends. Social media friends can’t hug us, they aren’t there to hold our hand when life gets scary or sit silently with us when the pain prevents words. Indeed one true friend is worth all the faux connection the internet has to offer us. A few good friends is perhaps all we need to find real hope, help, and happiness in our lives. Let us therefore cease our social media addiction and invest in what is real, what is noble, what is eternal.
