Even if I saw Jesus perform a miracle…

Had I been there in person to witness the miracles of Jesus recorded in the New Testament, I still would have had to answer the same questions I ask myself in 2023 when I witness miracles.
Was it actually a miracle? Or was it just a coincidence, a hoax or just my imagination wanting so badly to believe?
I can try to use logic to explain or understand but eventually, sooner or later, I come to the simple decision of choosing to believe or disbelieve. It’s a choice. The same way it was a choice for those first disciples in the meridian of time.
It’s interesting to me that those who watched the miracles of Jesus came to different conclusions. Some said he was the devil, others a rogue preacher, some probably found it exciting to watch, but there were others who believed Jesus when he said that he was the Messiah.
So do I believe? My answer often goes something like this… “yea lord I believe, help thou mine unbelief”
I choose to believe the small personal miracles and answered prayers I have experienced are divine and not deception, this is a great act of faith that reaches beyond where my logic cannot take me. But I believe. And that belief leads me to take action, which has then led me to knowledge.
