It’s somewhat therapeutic when we talk with other people and discover that our problems are not unique.
Being vulnerable enough to open up and be real about the condition of our lives often reveals that we aren’t alone.
So often we needlessly feel alone, which loneliness can be soul destroying and even harmful to our physical and mental health.
We all have troubles in parenthood, challenges in our relationships and doubts, worries and mistakes that occupy the corners of our lives.
Opening up and talking won’t solve all our problems, but it can often release some of the pressure we feel and alleviate some of the weight we carry. And it costs us nothing to talk, open up, and be honest.
