There is a simple and singular reason I do not drink cows milk; I am not a cow. Cows make milk because they are mothers. Their milk provides the essential, life sustaining food and nutrients that their newborn offspring need to grow and become like them. Last I checked, I am not a baby cow. But interestingly, it would seem that those who do consume a lot of dairy quite often become as a big as a baby cow.
