I’ll start tomorrow

I know you’ve said “I’ll start tomorrow”, because we all do.
I’ll start exercising tomorrow, I’ll quit looking at porn tomorrow, I’ll start eating healthily tomorrow, I’ll start reading, working on, doing… tomorrow.
But how often do we follow through on what we say? Saying “I’ll start tomorrow” is a form of self-deception to justify our lack of performance today.
The best time to start, or stop something, is today! And then to continue tomorrow, and the next day and to stay disciplined until we go from doing to becoming.
