In World War Two they all enlisted, all climbed aboard the boats, and all started running up the beaches. Some barely made it out of the boat, others made it halfway up the beach before they were wounded and returned home; fortunately a great many made it. No soldier was any less courageous or honorable because of the duration of their fight. Like soldiers, all missionaries enlist and deploy in the service of God. For reasons unknown, not every missionary is able to serve for the duration. Whether a missionary returns home from the MTC, sometime thereafter, or at the conclusion of the call, they all are honorable.
