Perhaps we deceive ourselves when we believe we have time. Death is our constant invisible traveling companion, silently observing, always poised and ready to snatch from us the body we were given in which to experience living. I believe I am eternal, but that doesn’t seem to make the unknown of death seem any less problematic or terrifying. Life is but a blink and it is gone. Time? I think in the end I will see that time was one of life’s greatest illusions.
