Hello. I’m Matthew Royston.

Eleven Years!!

I’m glad you found me! Thank you for being here and reading my work. I hope that some of my thoughts will resonate with you and help you on your journey through life. Please don’t be a stranger, be sure to subscribe and leave comments. I try my best to reply to every comment.

What you’ll read here are some of my thoughts, ideas, and creative works. You’ll find that the vast majority of my thoughts center around one of the following themes.

  • Relationships; marriage, parenting, families, friendship, community

  • Health; Plant-based eating, exercise

  • Being Human; Living and Dying, what it means to live a good life

  • Personal Development; how do we reach our potential

  • Social Issues; Loneliness, mental health, inequity

  • Faith; Christianity, Latter Day Saint beliefs and culture

Perhaps I can just introduce myself a little, and shed a little light that might help in understanding what shapes my perspective and ideas. I am the husband of 12-years to Cassandra, our marriage is a dual national one, I being British and she American. I was born and raised in Great Britain to working class parents and moved to America in 2013. We are the parents of five children, owners of one dog, and seven chickens. I am a proponent for whole-food, plant-based, vegan eating and primarily consume this type of diet. I am a Christian, specifically a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Again, please don’t be a stranger, subscribe to my mailing list, share your thoughts in the comments and share my thoughts with others when they resonate with you.

From my home in Almost Heaven,

Matthew Royston
